How To Enter.

To enter this competition you must purchase Antea Age Cream from any Asiatic Beauty authorised stockist, dealer or agent & then post to Asiatic Beauty the Antea Age box together with the following details:

1. Your Name
2. Your full Address including post code
3. Your Telephone/Handphone number
4. Your e-mail address
5. The Stockist, Dealer or Agents name you purchased your Antea Age Cream from.

These details must be written on the inside of the Antea Age box, once Asiatic Beauty receives the entry we will contact you by SMS or e-mail to confirm your entry to the competition.

The Antea Age prize draw duration is from 1st July 2008 until 31st December 2008.
The prize draw will be made in January 2009.

The competition is open to residents of East/West Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore only. Any other overseas entrants are not eligible. All prizes must be claimed in Malaysia, Asiatic Beauty will not deliver any prize outside of East/West Malaysia. Prizes must be claimed by the respective winners; proof of ID (NRIC) is required.

Asiatic Beauty do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Asiatic Beauty will contact the entrant by e-mail or SMS only to confirm receipt of entry.

Competition Rules.
1. Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, address, phone number, e-mail address & the Stockist, Dealer or Agents name you purchased your Antea Age Cream from.
2. Multiple entries will be accepted per person.
3. The competition is open to residents of East/West Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore only. Any other overseas entrants are not eligible. All prizes must be claimed in Malaysia, Asiatic Beauty will not deliver any prize outside of East/West Malaysia. Prizes must be claimed by the respective winners; proof of ID (NRIC) is required.
4. Entrants under the age of 16 years are not eligible.
5. Deadline for receiving entries is stated in Asiatic Beauty Online competition page (http://www.asiatic-beauty.my) and the winner/s will be contacted directly.
6. The prize winners will be drawn from the entries, and contacted by Asiatic Beauty official representatives. Asiatic Beauty’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winners will be contacted personally. The prize draw will take place at a designated destination on a designated date as stated in Asiatic Beauty Online competition page.
7. The winners names will be published on Asiatic Beauty’s online competition page.
8. Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives.
9. Asiatic Beauty will not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Asiatic Beauty will contact the entrant by e-mail or SMS only to confirm receipt of entry.
10. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
11. This competition is not open to employees of Asiatic Beauty or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
12. We will not publish or provide your e-mail address to anyone not associated with Asiatic Beauty. The competition requires you to supply us with your e-mail details, but we will not disclose your personal details to any other body or organisation according to Asiatic Beauty’s privacy policy.
13. Asiatic Beauty may use the information you provide to inform you of services, products and events that we believe may interest you.
14. Prizes shown in all promotional communications are for representation purposes only & actual prizes may vary or change. Asiatic Beauty reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of a similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non refundable & non exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes.
15. All entries become the property of Asiatic Beauty by entering this contest, the participants irrevocably consents to the use of all information contained in the entries for marketing & advertising purposes by Asiatic Beauty.
16. Asiatic Beauty’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Asiatic Beauty reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
18. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
