If you change your mind for any
reason, a cancellation will be acceptable within one hour of the completed
on-line purchase by e-mailing us via our enquiries page.
Returns.
We guarantee refund of money if you are dissatisfied in any way with the item
purchased from us. However, notification MUST be made within 7 days of receipt.
You must contact us by e-mail via our enquiries pageto inform us in detail of the reason for your
dissatisfaction.
You must wait to receive approval, a verification code from
Asiatic Beauty & confirmation of return address before returning any items
to us. Otherwise we will not entertain any refund on goods returned without this
procedure being followed.
Items must be returned in their
original condition in which they were received, but we regret to inform that we
cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, it may be
returned to us for a refund at that time. For credit card refunds, please
note that we can only refund the total cost of goods & not your credit card
charges.
Please note we will not be liable
for any transportation costs incurred when returning items to Asiatic Beauty,
this cost must be fulfilled by you the customer.
Please note that, customers are
required to quote their order number & verification code (issued by Asiatic
Beauty) for all returns.
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned
product we will first verify its condition. We regret that we do not refund
original delivery cost and any handling fees with the return. We can only
refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a
promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the
refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the
refund.
Exchange Policy
Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by
simply following our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you
received a damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product
in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra
delivery charge. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering
you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case
the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase.
Note
It is your responsibility to contact
us regarding any returns/exchanges to get the correct address and return number
if approved, as stated on the website. We are not responsible for lost
packages due to failure in contacting us as per our policies. We NEVER
take any packages back without prior approval, return return verification code
and a correct address for shipping. Buyers will be responsible for
all shipping charges that are incurred by this, and are responsible for
locating the package if it was sent to the wrong address due to failure of
contacting us for this information.
