A quick guide to help you understand what the shipping costs will be before you purchase any Asiatic Beauty products.

All quoted costs are in US dollars only (please see table below).
If you purchase more than 1 item we have decided not to pass on the increase in cost as the shipping weight increases; Therefore the delivery costs will remain the same if you buy more than 1 item up to a limit of 5 items.
If you wish to purchase more than 5 separate items you will either have to do so in 2 separate transactions (incurring 2 separate shipping costs) or contact us by e-mail & we will try to prepare a more competitive shipping quotation for you.

Once payment has been processed your order will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to your country of destination. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home address where signature is required for delivery.

All products will be sent by air mail from Malaysia.
We will not accept orders that use a PO box, military address or hotel as the delivery address.
We will not accept orders that we consider may be fraudulent.

All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.
We regularly ship to customers worldwide. The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air. In cases where duty is charged to customers in some European countries, please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail  or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you. PLEASE note that this is on a good will and not on an obligation basis. If you are charged on customs duty, for the time being, we will endeavour to assist and make the reimbursement.
